Software Firm

It was a bright sunny morning ,but the sunlight wasn't seeping through the heavy curtains of the conference room .
"We have long been subjugated and manipulated .The time has come for us to now do something which no one ever has done and will ever do ." Fritz concluded ,with a huge round of applause from his colleagues .

Fritz was a software engineer working for a Billion Dollar Firm . Years of sweat less slogs had turned him into a "Cheveza" .The community was raging over the latest development in the organisation and Fritz's speech had fuelled the fire that was to ravage the legacy of the organisation .

All the team members bullz,squire,...got ready for the battle which was to begin the next day . They had prepared a presentation ('what else cud IT guys think of ') ,which they woudl be presenting to their chief manager.The presentation had the nitty gritties of all the wrong strategies adopted by their manager .
Briefly describing the manager , if there was any club for the guys with the least IQ's then he would be the head of that club for sure .

"The strategic flaws in the system cannot be neglected and should be rectified "said the Chief , and it was "END OF DAYS " for the dumbo mgr . The manager's tie was tied to the chair("Chairs had rollers") and bullz sat on the chair ;the chair was pulled from cubicle to cubicle . Years of dumbo raj had been abolished .

'Its a new day ,its a new world ..." was the new anthem in the software firm .
But a firm without a manager is like a toilet without a flush ,and so the chief mgr decided that democracy would be the order of the day and "We the people" of the bottom of the software pyramid would choose our manager . The day of the elections was decided ,5th of december .

"All the decisions would be taken in a democratic manner . People first firm next ." Fritz said . The conference room was filled with the sounds of table tapping . "Hurray to our new manager " boomed across the conf hall .

The company's value in the stock market was touching new highs . It was the highest in past 20 years . impressed by the performance of the software firm ,chief mgr decided that Fritz deserved recognition for the way he had transformed the "ALL LOSER's" club to a winner miles above the rest .

Every one thought these are 'The best days of my life ".But destiny had something else in store for them .
" We would ave to work harder ,to beat our previous quarter's performance .From now onwards the office timings woudl be changed from 6Am to 9PM .The recess would be 15min .Together we can and we will make a difference ". Fritz said .

All the software engg.s sulked . "This whole democracy thing is a fiasco . We had voted out the previous manager just because of his outrageous rules and now one amongst us is also doing the same thing " said Bullz.

The award ,the responsibilities had changed Fritz .He was no more a human being now ,he was a manager .

The unrest , the dissatisfaction amongst the work groups started rising .A volcano was to errupt but when ?????
